Shipping policy

• Canada Post Expedited orders are estimated to be delivered in 3-5 business days.
• *Free shipping excludes purchases of sale and oversized items including but not limited to furniture, carpets, select wall art, patio umbrellas, and fire pits. Some other exceptions may apply.
• Oversized items being shipped or delivered with Canada Post are subject to a flat shipping fee of $40 or more.
• Furniture is only eligible for in-store pickup or delivery through Moss  GTA Furniture Delivery and subject to all delivery charges. We will call you once you place your order to set up a delivery time that works for you!
• Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
• We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed weekends or holidays will be shipped first thing the next business day.
• We may not be able to ship some oversized or fragile orders and reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Canada Post orders may be switched without notice to Mile1 or Moss GTA delivery for local residents.
• We do not offer refunds on shipping charges for unclaimed, refused over returned items. See Returns & Exchange Policy page for more details.

We know you have a busy schedule and Mile1 offers you total control of when you receive you order. You choose the day, time and destination and Mile1 does the rest!

Today is Thursday and you want it delivered Saturday? No problem! Once you complete your order, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email allowing you to book your preferred 1 hour delivery window!

We offer free Mile1 shipping on regular priced orders of $100 or more within the Toronto shipping zone and just $15 for orders under $100. Free shipping excludes purchases of sale and oversized items including but not limited to furniture, carpets, select wall art, patio umbrellas, and fire pits. Some other exceptions may apply.

Another awesome feature is that we can deliver your items to you when you purchase them in-store. If you don’t want to be weighed down by bags and boxes as you go about the rest of your day, you can ask us to book a date and time for you and Mile1 will deliver on time, all for just $15!

Important Delivery Information:

• If Mile1 is not showing itself as a delivery method for you, it means you are not in the Mile1 Toronto delivery zone.

• Depending how far out of the zone an address is, we can sometimes book a Mile1 delivery for you at a greater price. Please call or email the store if you are interested in this.

• You can schedule a delivery up to 4 days in advance.

• For same day delivery, a minimum of 4 hours is needed from the time of you order and when it could potentially be delivered. If you want same day delivery, it is best to place the order as early in the day as possible.

• Deliveries are booked and fulfilled using 1 hour time blocks (e.g. Book and have it delivered on Sunday between 2-3pm).

• We cannot guarantee a specific day or time block is available when you place your order. If the day or time is a priority for you, email or call the store and we can see what blocks are open.

TAXES & BROKERAGE

As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order (cost of goods plus all shipping fees). This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to.

Some orders shipping to the United States may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
