Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) and 12pm (Sat–Sun).
Next-day delivery: Orders placed after cutoff times.

Furniture ships only via Moss GTA Furniture Delivery or in-store pickup.
UPS shipping ETA: 3–5 business days.
Free shipping excludes sale items and oversized items (e.g., furniture, carpets, wall art, umbrellas, ceramic bird baths, fire pits).
Additional fees may apply for oversized/irregular packages, bulk orders, or rural deliveries.
Oversized UPS items may incur a $40+ flat fee.
Orders ship Mon–Fri; weekend/holiday orders ship next business day.

Local UPS orders may be switched to Moss GTA delivery without notice.
No refunds on shipping for unclaimed, refused, or returned packages.
