Shipping Policy

Moss offers a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. These include free in-store pickup, UPS Ground shipping across Canada, and FedEx Ground shipping to the United States.

IN-STORE PICKUP:

Moss offers free in-store pickup on any order. Valid identification may be asked to be shown to sales associate when picking up an order at our discretion.

MOSS GTA FURNITURE DELIVERY:

Base rate of $40. We offer delivery to the GTA and into cottage country for larger items such as furniture, fire pits, fragile artwork and more! Additional charges may be required for areas outside of the GTA.

Once you've placed your online order for Moss Delivery we will call you to schedule a delivery time that works for you. Some additional charges may apply depending on location of delivery, optional trash removal, furniture assembly, etc.

If your area is excluded from furniture delivery and you'd like to pick up your purchase in-store, enter the store address into the shipping form at online checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY WITH TREXITY:

Same-day deliveries on orders before 2pm Monday-Friday, and 12pm on Saturday & Sunday! Next-day deliveries on orders placed after those times.

IMPORTANT CANADA SHIPPING INFORMATION

Furniture is only eligible for in-store pickup or delivery through Moss GTA Furniture Delivery and subject to all delivery charges. We will call you once you place your order to set up a delivery time that works for you!
UPS Ground orders are estimated to be delivered in 3-5 business days.
*Free shipping excludes purchases of sale and oversized items including but not limited to furniture, carpets, select wall art, patio umbrellas, ceramic bird baths, and fire pits. Some other exceptions may apply.
Oversized items being shipped or delivered with UPS Ground are subject to a flat shipping fee of $40 or more.
Additional shipping fees may apply for oversized or irregular packages, bulk orders, or orders shipping to rural or remote locations.
We ship orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed weekends or holidays will be shipped first thing the next business day.
We may not be able to ship some oversized or fragile orders and reserve the right to cancel the order.
UPS Ground orders may be switched without notice to Moss GTA delivery for local residents.
We do not offer refunds on shipping charges for unclaimed, refused over returned items. See Returns & Exchange Policy page for more details.

IMPORTANT UNITED STATES SHIPPING INFORMATION

We do not offer free shipping to the United States. Orders to the U.S. may be subject to additional fees depending on the order. We will contact you if additional fees are deemed necessary before we ship your order to you.

For U.S. buyers - duties, taxes, customs or border charges are responsible of buyer.

We do not ship anywhere outside of Canada or the U.S.

TAXES & BROKERAGE

As required by Canadian law, taxes will be applied to your total order (cost of goods plus all shipping fees). This will be reflected in your order total at checkout. All applicable taxes will be charged based on the province your order is being shipped to.

Some orders shipping to the United States may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
